WindMagics has Signed a joint Venture Agreement with CIP

Windmagics has signed a joint venture agreement with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (“CIP”), among the largest renewable energy focused fund managers globally through its Copenhagen Infrastructure New Markets Fund I (“CI NMF”). The agreement enables joint equity investments in a 500 MW portfolio of renewable energy projects in China, with potential for future expansion. This transaction marks CI NMF’s first investment in the Chinese renewable energy market.
